We are closed for the off-season (although we will be open for Presidents’ Day Weekend, February 18-19). Valentine’s Day is coming in a month or so¾give or take. So that’s two reasons to take a moment to highlight other businesses in Ptown that are providing tasty vittles for visitors and locals alike. With my Valentine’s Day shopping, I like to be a little frivolous and indulgent. Healthy, inspiring New Year’s resolutions were so two weeks ago, right? Here are some of my fav picks for Valentine’s Day gift giving this year.
I have nothing but love for Chequessett Chocolates, located just down the hook in Truro. They’re local, sustainable, and ethical in their chocolate production. Aside from that, with seasonal flavors like caramel, peppermint, and maple, their small-batch confections are absolutely delicious and completely decadent. You can order online or stop by the café (it’s open year round).
This husband and wife owned Provincetown shop has been producing tasty, no-artificial ingredients-allowed, slightly sinful sweet things since 2003.
It’s one of the key questions when getting to know a new place. Where to go for a great cup of coffee. There are plenty of coffee shop options in Ptown but for made-to-order, cold-brewed drip coffee, Kohi is a must. It’s the perfect warm-up stop on a winter walk through town.
